The ESGO guidelines on perioperative management of advanced ovarian cancer patients aim to address 20 selected key clinically relevant and evidence-based questions focusing on key aspects of peri-operative care and management of complications as part of its mission to improve the quality of care for women with advanced ovarian cancer and reduce iatrogenic morbidity. The guidelines published in the International Journal of Gynaecological Cancer and are now presented as an educational module divided in 7 thematic parts. Each part is presented by key opinion leaders and authors of the guidelines.

1. To master the knowledge about enhanced recovery after surgery and prehabilitation
2. To learn about the prevention of upper abdominal, bowel and urological complications and their management
3. To acquire information about pain management, anaesthesia and nutrition
4. To learn about thromboprophylaxis, management of postoperative thromboemolic events as well as major bleeding management
Target audience are Gyn Onc fellows and interested physicians.
Candidates should be fluent in the English language.
