In many countries breast cancer, is managed by gynae oncologist. This e-module introduces the basic knowledge on management of this disease and focuses on surgical indications (especially axillary lymph node dissection and oncoplastic techniques), overview in radiotherapy and medical treatment. In addition, novel targeted therapies are discussed and current lines of investigation in breast cancer are presented.

The e-module and aims to cover the fundamental information on breast cancer treatment for every gynaecologic oncologist.

The e-module contains the 5 following lectures. At the end there is a post-test to help you test and improve your knowledge. The number of test attempts is unlimited. 

- Lecture 1: Oncoplastic surgery in breast cancer
- Lecture 2: Molecular targeted therapies
- Lecture 3: Radiotherapy of breast cancer
- Lecture 4: Breast Cancer Pathological classification, Genomic classification and impact
- Lecture 5: Current indications for axillary lymph node dissection in breast cancer

You can watch the lectures in any order that you like but you will only have access to the module post-test after viewing all the lectures within the module.

After you have successfully completed the post-test, and the evaluation, you will be able to submit your feedback to the course and print out your certificate of completion.
